WHAT WE DO

We create heart-opening communications with our partners so their stories are accurately represented and inspire action for great change through: behavior change marketing, audience research, campaign design, video production, and graphic design.

Studio Equiterra is professional, creative, and attentive to every detail of the video production process. The quality is exceptional and really helped us meet our capacity development goals. Our audiences have provided us with excellent reviews and it is no doubt in large part to the high caliber work of Romeo and Jensen.

  • Ryan Finchum, Center for Protected Area Management

Studio Equiterra is a delight and honor to work with. They have a unique blend of creative storytelling and compassionate relationship building, mixed with the ability to raise funding for projects and produce incredible results. At Embodied Ecosystem we have had the privilege of working with Studio Equiterra on several Resilience Hub projects—we’ve seen thousands of dollars donated to Hubs based on our collaborative storytelling projects together and increased interest in Hubs due to our video series and social media projects. We are so grateful for our partnership with Studio Equiterra and look forward to many more opportunities to collaborate and innovate.

  • Baja, Embodied Ecosystem

Working with Studio Equiterra on the promotional video for the Tierra de Agaves project was an absolute pleasure. The final product was of outstanding quality, beautifully capturing the essence of our work and the communities involved. Throughout the process, the team maintained the highest ethical standards showing deep respect and care for every person they filmed, as well as for the context and environment where the work took place. We are truly delighted with the result and grateful for their professionalism and dedication.

Connect with us.

Now that you’ve learned a little about us, we’d love to learn more about you and your project.

Still have questions?

  • Simple. Just fill out our short Connect form and we’ll reach out to you within 24-hours to explore how we can help, and see if we’re a good fit for each other.

  • Our rates vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We’ll always talk through your goals and budget first, then offer a transparent proposal that fits. No surprises—just clarity and alignment from the start.

  • While we tailor each project to your needs, most full-scope engagements start around $2,000. That said, we’re always open to smaller strategic sessions or phased work if you're getting started.

  • We get it—budgets are real. If you're early in your funding journey, we can help you clarify your story and strategy so you're better positioned for future grants or fundraising. In some cases, we may be able to recommend phased options or light-touch consulting to get you started.

  • We’re not here to dazzle you with jargon or drop a one-size-fits-all plan. We’ve worked inside nonprofits, on public sector teams, and alongside grassroots orgs—and we know that real change starts with real communication. We listen closely, meet you where you are, and help you build something that lasts.

  • Equity and sustainability aren’t add-ons for us—they’re the lens we see through. That means we ask better questions, reflect on power dynamics, and prioritize inclusive voices in every project. It also means we focus on long-term outcomes, not just short-term wins.

  • We start by understanding your story and goals. Then we collaborate with you to shape a concept, write the script, and plan production. From filming to editing to final delivery, we handle it all—while making sure you feel supported every step of the way. We also bring an equity lens to casting, scripting, and visual storytelling.
